Helpdesk
Many of the Equahost MVM features are built around it's proprietary, integrated helpdesk.
The helpdesk offers standard functionality allowing you to communicate with your traders. They can log tickets to ask questions, request support etc. It is also fundemental to the Submit and Edit product functionality, detailed here.
Finally, it provides traders with details of their sales activity and stores sales data for remittance generation.

Suppor staff can edit and respond to tickets from teh Ticket View page:
